    Heart healthy

    Do not smoke: Do not start smoking, or if you smoke, quit. long-term smokers can reduce the risk of heart attack to equal non-smokers in just two short years of detention.



    Reduce salt: too much salt can cause hypertension, which increases the risk of developing coronary artery disease. Avoid foods like crisps, salted nuts, canned soups and sauces and packets, pizzas and ready meals.

    Heart is the main part of in our body.We must care it.Daily in morning walking is the best for the healthy heart.We must avoid oily food to healthy heart.We also drink fruit juice for the healthy heart.

    Cut the fat: To keep your cholesterol low, limiting the amount of fat you eat, especially saturated fat.



    Watch your alcohol: Too much alcohol can damage the heart muscle, increase blood pressure and cause weight gain.

    Quitting smoking is the single most important thing a person can do to live longer.
    Cut down on salt.
    Watch your diet.
    Monitor your alcohol.

    Eating less marine can help lower some individuals hypertension. This can help prevent center problems. Sodium is something we need in our diets, but most of us eat too much of it. Much of the marine we eat comes from marine we add to our meals at the desk or that meals companies add to their meals. So, avoid adding marine to meals at the desk. When we eat more energy than we need, we the proper way. Being obese can cause center problems. When we eat fewer energy than we need, we shed bodyweight.

    The marine food is rich in Omega 3 which lowers cholesterol and promotes a health heart. Apart from this the marine food is rich in anti-oxidants and if prepared in a healthier manner can be great for heart patients.
