    Hi

    No doubt if the food is better then fitness is also be better.Both are vice verse,so for maintaining the fitness it is necessary for each to have proper exercise and food which full of nutritious.

    Food and fitness are deeply connected with each others. Food is different types which taken in eating to get good fibers and more remedies which need of human health. If that not taken on limits that make hard effects on health and effecting on fitness.

    Food is related to fitness because if you are taking fast foods more and more so sometime you will be in trouble if you maintain your fitness level so take diet food and do exercise for fitness.

    Diet plays an important role in a healthy body in all ages and one should take care of his/her eating habits. A nutrient rich and health specific diet should be made a part of life.

    Food is more important to fitness.We get many different protein and calories from food. They contain many minerals and B-complex vitamins. Some phytochemicals found in green foods are sulforaphane and indoles that are very powerful anti-cancer compounds.

    Food is more important to fitness.We get many different protein and calories from food.Different food we get different vitamins.You want to stay your fitness than you must take different food in your lunch and dinner. You can take fruit and green vegetable in your food.

    Same I am also agreed that foods are very important for our good health. We cannot stay without foods. It is the source of body energy. Meals can be separated into different categories.We need to eat from each of the categories to remain balanced health.

    Healthy food is very important for health. Here we are talking about healthy food and in the healthy food we can include fruits, grains, green vegetables, healthy drink etc be half of more oily and fatty food. For the fitness avoid junk food and more heavy food because that are full of fat and cholesterol.
