    Food and Fitness

    A positive state of mind engendering a sense of well being that enables a person to function effectively within society. Individuals who have good mental health are well-adjusted to society, are able to relate well to others, and basically feel satisfied with themselves and their role in society.

    Breakdown of mental health is a major problem in Western societies: it has been estimated that at least one in four adults will suffer from some form of mental disorder, such as depression, during their life. Many physicians and psychologists believe that individuals are physical, mental, and spiritual beings and that these aspects are interrelated. Consequently, mental health is not possible without both physical and spiritual health.

    Although there is no clear cause-and-effect relationship between exercise and mental health, aerobic exercise can improve self-esteem, lessen anxiety, and relieve depression. Exercise can act as a form of meditation, changing the state of consciousness and providing a distraction from stressful situations. Many doctors believe that exercise improves mental health and prescribe exercise to relieve depression and anxiety. Walking is the most frequently prescribed exercise, followed by swimming, bicycling, strength training, and running.

    Healthy food help to get fit and make body strong.Food is more important to live us.Fitness is more important stay healthy.Different type food available for stay fit.You can take fruit and green vegetable in your food.

    Food is more important to fitness.We get many different protein and calories from food.Different food we get different vitamins.You want to stay your fitness than you must take different food in your lunch and dinner.

    Food are important to stay healthy.A healthy mind,body required oxygen,exercise,Sleep,Water and nutrients.We it from food.Nutrients and water is maintain our body.Foods can utilized optimum results.

    Foods and fitness both are important to human body.Without it many different disease comes in body.Take healthy food like fruit,fruit juice,green vegetables,Dairy product also you can take.

    Food and fitness both are necessary for maintaining health. Healthy food is necessary and along with that fitness is necessary which can be get through exercise and yoga.

    There are many different type of healthy foods are important to stay healthy and fit.Fitness is important to far from different disease.When you take fruit and green vegetable in your food than it is more effective to increase fitness and health.

    Foods are important for our body.Without food we can not get vitamins and protein.There are many different type of foods are important to get vitamins and nutria.Fruit,green vegetable,Dairy foods are important to stay healthy.

    Green foods are especially good for the circulatory system. They contain many minerals and B-complex vitamins. Some phytochemicals found in green foods are sulforaphane and indoles that are very powerful anti-cancer compounds. Researchers have tried to use these as isolated phytochemicals but find that they only work while in the whole food form.
