As per my knowledge, if we do not eat to keep ourself healthy,so our hair will begin to show it by thinning and falling out. Alway take care of your hair very well. There are so many herbal shampoo are available in market for hair growth.

Tips for long hair :

1. Avoid chemical based shampoos and hair care products
2. Avoid stress, because stress can cause breakage and/or hair loss.
3. Don't use a brush to detangle your hair, use your fingers, a pick, or a wide tooth comb to detangle your hair.
4. Don't rub your hair dry with a towell, instead blot the water out of your hair, when you rub, it'll cause your hair to tangle.

Before take any type of treatment you have to judge your hair nature. Dandruff is main reason for hair loss so take massage with warm oil twice in week then take hot towel treatment, it can prevent dandruff and use chemical less herbal shampoo and conditioner. Take hair Spa treatment once in a month.
