    --- Regular eating vegetable food.
    --- Drinking green tea in morning.
    --- Define your body requirement and it improve.
    --- Avoid extra medicine .

    Health need perfection of care. Controlling on own self is one of the best way to make attractive health and fitness. Drinking more water is best to increase well stamina of body. Exercise make attractive and better to body.

    2. Early morning drink a fresh and clean water and lemon juice

    4. Chewing slowly has many benefits because it enables your digestive to get the maximum amount of nutrients out of your food
    5. Eating food and drinking liquids that are either too hot or too cold can affect the balance of your body.

    As per my opinion the good health tips are: Consume Lots of Water, Take Proper rest, Prevent to Eat Unhealthy food, Consume Green Tea, Regular Exercise, Eat Clean Fresh veggies and Prevent to Consume Liquor.

    According to me always wake up early in the morning, do regularly exercise, you have to must eat breakfast, checkout weather your foods are good or bad, take dinner at time, don't sleep too mush try to sleep between 6 to 8 hours. These information are very useful to maintain health better and you have don't need to go to the doctor.

    Quick health tips redoing exercise and yoga every day. Drink 8-9 glasses water every day. You take healthy diet plan every day. You sleep 8-9 hours everyday. Live in natural atmosphere.
