    Quick Health Tips

    1)Do not take capsule with cool water;
    2)Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping;
    3)8 hours lack of sleep will make a person stupidWink
    4)When battery left last grid, do not answer the phone. The radiation is 1000 times;
    5)Do not use earphone for long time. Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour.
    6)Reduce volume of oily food;
    7)Best sleeping time is from 10 at night to 6 at the! morning

    Follow a healthy diet, and support mind and body with Ayurvedic food supplements.
    Observe the important relaxation and regeneration phase after exercise.

    As per my view the quick health tips are: Drink Lots of Water, Take Proper rest, Avoid to Eat Junk foods, Drink Green Tea, Regular Exercise, Eat Fresh Vegetables and Avoid to Drink Alcohol.

    At this time people use the different ways for the health fitness. According to me the best tips for proper health are: Drink 8 glass water in a day, Regular exercise, Eat healthy foods, Avoid smoking and Drink green tea.

    # Tomato juice stimulates food metabolism and reduces the risk of cancers. It’s excellent for pregnancy or women who are breastfeeding their babies. It is advsable to drink tomato juice half an hour before each meal, as it helps digestion. Yet, it’s not recommended to drink such juice in case of ulcer, pancreatitis, or other such troubles.

When you walk you gain power because of the activity of the joint parts and the ease that is required to do this easy, effective exercise.
