    If you want to stay healthy than you can do some exercise daily in morning.It is more beneficial for the human body.Yoga is the best exercise to stay healthy.You must take fruit,green vegetables,dairy products.It is more effective to stay healthy.

    You must avoid to live in ac and other electronics product which harmful human body. You must eat organic fresh vegetable and fruits. You drink boiled water. Playing sports game which is better for physical fitness.Every day you drink milk.

    Here are some general health tips for better health. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Go for morning walk and do some basic exercises. Eat whole grains foods. Avoid smoking and drink alcohol. Get proper sleep and reduce stress.
