    To prevent the heart diseases always eat healthy and low calorie diet which has not much amount of the oils and fats in it.regular walking is required.Avoid stress and be happy in your life.Green Tea is best for the healthy heart as it always best to maintains the cholesterol level in your body.

    1.Do exercise dily.
    2.Take healthy food.
    3.Fatty and more calories food avoid.

    Ways to prevent Heart Disease:-
    - Do more exercise.
    - Keep walking in morning.
    - Do not eat high calorie contained food.
    - Lower bad cholesterol.
    - Do Yoga and Meditation.

    You want to prevent heart disease than you daily Go for a walk.Walking is the best exercise to prevent against heart disease.You can take green vegetable,Fresh fruit,juice in your food.Drink more water in the day.

    You can prevent heart disease by following a healthy lifestyle.Stop smoking.Do exercise regularly.You should eat a heart healthy diet and maintain a good weight.Get regular health screenings.You should be active.

    To prevent heart diseases, we must not treat it badly. Eat foods with less fat, quit smoking, do some exercise to keep it healthy.
