    Advantages of Yoga.

    Yoga consists of Ancient Theories,observations and principles about the mind and body connection.Yoga has from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation.So i can say that Yoga has physiological,psychological,biochemical effects in our body from which we can live long lasting life.

    No doubt that yoga is just an amazing way to get fitness and refreshing.I just start through Google help and I was doing in my lunch break at office.It was a cool experience,Now I am taking regular classes for it.

    Yoga is the best exercise in the world.Yoga help to increase immune power and brain power.Yoga help to reduce weight and it also detect,remove stress,depression.Yoga exercise is to increase confidence power.

    Yoga is helpful to the body in a million ways but now a days most of the people practise yoga because it provides a great relief from the stress and pain where many medicines cannot work for them.

    Its really a good technique to get the mind and body in the well balanced and connected. Its really necessary for a joyful life. So I have a habit of doing yoga on a daily basis.
