    When you sleep,you never think negative and make next day plan.You never sleep in dirty place.You take your medicine before sleep.

    Music?

    I have a hard time falling to sleep at night. I've significantly reduced how much TV I watch before bed. That has helped. I've started listening to relaxing music to relax me and put me to sleep. I have to wear earphones because my husband is the opposite of me and needs complete silence to sleep. But I bought a CD that my massage therapist uses and it melts me to sleep.

    Music is a good option if you have sleeping problem. As it can make relax your mind so after sometime you can sleep easily and its good to have a peace of mind and its one kind of meditation.

    Here are few tips for getting better sleep. Pay attention to what you eat and drink, Make your bedtime ritual, Avoid alcohol before sleeping. Make your bedroom quiet, dark, and comfortable.

    Go to bed regularly on time, sleep straight (It will help in back-pain if u have), Listen mild music for getting fast sleep etc.

    Sleeping is very important part of our daily routine, Human body must need some rest in whole day, Sleep is not important for our body part like hand, legs it is also important for our internal organs like intestine and also for digestive system.

    Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends, holidays and days off. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle and helps promote better sleep at night. There's a caveat, though. If you don't fall asleep within about 15 minutes, get up and do something relaxing. Go back to bed when you're tired. If you agonize over falling asleep, you might find it even tougher to nod off.
